Ginger Goa, Panjim - Hotel in Panaji - North Goa, India

Good hotel for the price. Rooms are a little small. Good facilities with gym and casual area. Breakfast is good. Can have more veg options. Service is excellent. Sanjana was helpful with all requests. One less star for denying the early check-in without even checking if rooms are vacant.

1) STAFF IS NOT SUPPORTIVE. 2)Food is of very poor standard quality for a TATA group hotel 3) Travel desk dupes you and charges very high rates for short distance travels. Simple 3 km pick and drop is charged at 1600Rs. Seems hand in glove type system with ginger hotel mangemnet. 4) cleanliness is poor 5) Not worth for what you pay 6) many better options are availble locally

Breakfast is very ok, taste is below average. rooms are nice with respect to two persons. Very near to cruise outing. However, have to travel to 40-50mins for beaches and all.

A very pleasant stay at Ginger. Had stayed here couple of times now and both the times the experience has been very good. The check-in and check-out has been very fluent. The staff is very polite and ready to help. Got upgraded when my booked room had some issue. The rooms are clean and hygienic, comfortable space. The one located at Patto is little of the centre, does have proper transportations available nearby however the good food options nearby are limited. But overall a very good stay.

Room was pretty decent. Cleanliness was maintained. Didn't liked the breakfast. Idli was too hard to eat. Taste was very bad. Overall go for only stay as breakfast overall was below average . I asked for the room far from smoking area and receptionist gave just on the same floor even after requesting. Very weird.

Everything is fine but you need to train employees very well to respect and maintain the customer needs. She wasn't speaking and looking very rude once we come we just introduce and ask for our booking. She should sens about to welcome customers with a good smile and speaking very politely. Her name is chotti and Such a big hotel paid well for the service not for self-arrogance. What ever you maintain communication will not be impressed and it consider such a bin business as my perspective
