My stay at Ginger Hotel was characterized by excellent service and good food, thanks to the efficient staff, especially Vipin and Jitin, who were truly commendable in their roles. From the reception to the restaurant, security to room service, the staff demonstrated great professionalism and provided very good service. The room service team ensured daily cleaning and replenished water bottles promptly. However, the room was quite small, and the loud AC disrupted my sleep at times. Additionally, a small water leak in the washroom raised maintenance concerns, highlighting the need for some updates to the aging building. A minor inconvenience was the absence of toothpaste in the room. Despite these issues, the exceptional service from the staff made my stay at Ginger Hotel a generally positive experience.

I went on a solo trip to Delhi and being new to the place I felt really safe about the stay at The Ginger, East Delhi. The rooms were clean and well maintained, behaviour of the staffs at the reception, room service waiters and housekeeping (Neeraj bhaiyya) were good. It would have been much better if the breakfast menu is kept different everyday. I would really recommend the stay at Ginger for female travellers.

Ginger is one the best hotel chains in the country. But most of its hotels now have old furnitures in the room. Also felt like service was slow. Although staff is well behaved and always ready to help.

Worst hotel in Ginger chain hotel .. Went there by the name of ginger but got service worst than 1 star hotel. Unfortunately google dont have rating less than 1 star.. Rude staff.. Rooms were untidy.. Cluttered furniture.. And list goes on.. Best search for another hotel..

Doesn't look like Ginger. Owner need to have a look upon the manager,staff and facility team. 1. The room was not ready, even after having a prepaid booking. 2. They gave me a room with non working lock. Got it repaired 3 times. Once repaired at 12 o clock midnight. They denied to change the room. 3. No Towel, No Doormat in front of washroom. Hotels usually give toothpaste and brush, that also was not provided. 4. Wifi was very poor. 5. They opened the room without permission when I was not there. When I asked receptionist , she said it is guest's responsibility to inform us not to open the room in absence. I'm listening this for the first time. This is really not acceptable. Who made these rules? How will I know it? Even if they have to clean they need to ask the guest. 6. Ground floor is getting renovated, which is acceptable, but I had to pass through the construction poles in order to reach lift. This is dangerous and as a guest I should not have to go through this kind of problems. I booked ginger for it's reputation, but I had a very bad experience. I request the owner to seriously have a look upon this.

Poky rooms but decent room service. The restaurant (for dinner) is horrible. Takes over half an hour for 1 dish. Only 5 items on the menu. Street food much cheaper tastier

Very disappointing that we didn't get two rooms together even after the request. Food: We took a buffet the night we arrived but the paneer dish was spoilt. The taste was horrible. They said that there was no A la carte menu for breakfast and forced us to take the expensive buffet. I requested that I have undergone bariatric surgery and won't be able to have a buffet but I had to take a buffet when I can't have and had to pay for the same.
