We had a great stay experience. The AC wasn't working very well for our room however, the service was decent. The rooms were clean although not very well- litup. The location is really good and greatly accessible from city and station. The food at the hotel was very average. However, the vicinity in which the hotel is located has many great food options nearby at walking distance. The staff was polite and professional. Overall stay was good.

It was overall a very bad experience Ginger a brand everyone trust but sorry to say they don't keep any promises Rooms are full of mosquitos. Hotel staff are least bothered to provide anything to reduce it. They don't have iron to provide to customers if you request more they will provide you a dirty and bad quality iron which will spoil your clothes In. Breakfast area they don't provide services I don't know whether I should to recommend this property to anyone or not Our stay was horrible we don't ask anyone to stay at this property Management and hall staff is not up to the mark.room acs are not working.

Hotel services are excellent. Staff is very calm. My wife had an accident just in front of hotel. Hotel staff had well taken care of us and helped a lot. Ms Reena deka , Mr. Aakash kushwaha, & Ramhet were very polite and best at their services. Reception team including Mr Arunesh tiwari is also very calm amd supportive in every respect

Food service is quite slow.. lack of staff and service. Food quality is good could improve the quantity but overall nice experience.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ginger, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. We had a wonderful stay at Ginger Bharuch. The cleanliness was up to the mark. Akash helped us get the best of extremely delicious and good variety breakfast menu. The service was nice. Such a beautiful collection of books to read as well as a foosball stable makes it a complete cosy relaxing holiday experience. Our full 5 stars.

The hotel is very bad. I came on a trip. I showed your hotel to Baruch and the customers who were with me. They said that the water is off....Say this is a big hotel and we bring customers to your hotel who are traveling and your staff does not let us fill the water.... So they understand that this is the 2 percent. Wala Securit .... Now tell me whether you will come to your hotel again or not....change that bro staff this thing is not working now no customer at 2 or 3 o'clock if come to take room then there your door is open and not one driver to drink water ....

Had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Hotel Ginger for one day. The service,food , cleanliness of rooms were upto mark. Will always prefer this hotel to stay every year we visit Bharuch.
