Ginger Bangalore Whitefield - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

I could spend hours in the hotel. Although first i was given a key of an already allotted room. When i opened the room with the key the guests in the room got angry as it was 1 am and quite a not so good situation happened. I left it there went back to the reception and was given room number 114 with a broken inner latch. I was not so okay to accept it but looking at the early hours of the day had to be humbly be in the room. Nothing against the hotel but if such things could be checked and fixed before alloting a room that would be perfect

I stayed at this property last year for 3 weeks and it turned out to be an amazing stay. Room service staff were prompt, kind and always willing to help. The kitchen was good. Charges are also not that high. Highly recommended.

Had taken single occupancy room for 7 nights but was not satisfied at all. For every small thing you've to call room service. TV didn't work initially. The access card stops working all of a sudden. They do not have doors to the cupboard provided in the room. Bathrooms do not have buckets. Breakfast is served but often is inconsistent with items. There were multiple days where the quantity was also a problem. Not a great performer when it comes to value for money.

Wi-Fi was not working and just because I tried to connect (it did not connect or carry any data), I was asked to pay for twice using internet. First, it wasn't working. Second, I wasn't told it is chargeable. Finally they did not charge me on check out, but refused to acknowledge that it was not working when I had checked in two nights ago. Very ordinary food, very limited options. Too loud music in the lobby area that bothered inside close rooms too late into the evening. My room wasn't cleaned when I returned from work in the afternoon. Had to ask to get it cleaned and then wait a good one hour. The reason was too little housekeeping staff available.

Pathetic experience ever. So rude staff(Wasm). Clumsy rooms. I was provided with a room which isn't cleaned. Staffs were arguing with me to get that cleaned/changed. They gave no information around the details around timings. Poor co-ordination between staffs. I gave an opportunity and extended my stay but it's not worth a penny. I checked out earlier, never want to stay here ever. Ginger you can do better!

Rooms are decent but not too good. Not well maintained. I had a stay of 10days. Towels are changed everyday. But they fail to provide hand towels. You need to ask for it. Breakfast has variety and good. But other ala carte charges seemed a bit high. Nearest restaurant is about a 15min walk from the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Rooms were a little smaller than expected, yet very cute with amazing wallpaper on one of the walls. Equipped with amenities they promised but expected better WiFi connection. Located alongside the main road makes it easier for calling a cab.

Okay, don't expect more. Room rent is not matching for the services offered. The tea kettle is not working, the mini fridge is not working, etc. Complementary Breakfast was good with a variety of food items and drinks.
