This place is horrible. We didn't even stay here for more than half a day, and it still completely ruined our experience. Let's count the inconveniences. 1. They consider a 13 year old an adult. 2. There is no point in getting the 2 adults + 1 child room, since they don't have any place for the child to sleep. (Only 2 single beds are provided). We had to get mattresses, 1000 rupees per. 3. They are very understaffed. 4. The dinner was way too spicy, making it uneatable. Besides that, they barely had any options for dinner. 5. The shower is barely functional, since it is clogged, causing the water pressure to be very low, so we were forced to use the shower which you have to use by holding it. The literal sink was clogged, we called for fresh towels multiple times, still took them hours to provide those. 6. The water in the handheld shower is also not at the right temperature. It's something like this:- 30 seconds - too cold 5 seconds - right temperature 30 seconds - too hot 7. The breakfast had a line, since there weren't enough tables and chairs. 8. The "matress" which we overpaid for, could barely be considered a matress, and was as hard as a rock. 9. The elevator was completely screwed, you needed your room card to activate it, and it would still only take you to the floor of that room key. So say one of the room members had to run to to market, they can't take the card, because the electricity would cut off for the other people in the room. So either the people in the room have to come down when the person arrives or sit in a room with no electricity. Or the person who went to the market could take the stairs. It is important to note that all this security is there while the stairs are open to anyone. The only reason I'm giving this two stars is because the staff was great. Never coming back here again.

Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices. The people in the reception Specially Minhaj was very helpful,on checkin and checkout and All necessary things. The location is great- very near To Central Railway Station. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again.

It was a great option in Aurangabad at a reasonable price. Every possible thing that you want to do is nearby. Friendly staff, nice food options. Recommended.

Location of this hotel is really good. You can find it easily. Rooms are clean and well maintainted. Service can be improved. Food is good.. overall a good hotel for 1-2 days business trip.

Third Star hotel Price with third class service. Waited one hour for order which was promised to be delivered in 20 min. Never got the order. Had to go out for food late night.. Update: none of the switches in room are working properly. Facing issue in charging mobile.God bless people who are looking to book this hotel in future.

Had to book because all other hotels were completely packed. In rush time also there is only 1 person present. We waited for 1.30 hours at reception to get the Keys. For breakfast also service is very slow. Overall there are shortage of staff.

The rooms are not maintained properly. The bathroom was dirty and the smell was coming out of it. The restaurant is very small in size. If you have opted for breakfast then make sure you are there early.
