This place is very nice and the staff is really cooperative and helpful. We met Krishna ji there and he was such an amazing person and F&b team was also take cares of your hunger any time. Just thumbs up to this place.

Disaster of a property and disaster of a staff. Did not expect the service from Ginger chain,We are on a corporate booking and got denied check in at 1:30 am in the night. MMT and Hotel Reception Kid screaming at each other. Reason : Our rooms were sold out, after keeping some self respect, checking into another Hotel

Very bad and worst experience ever. Never ever book any room with this Hotel. They are Completely fraud and cheated the people. Hated it.

The food at the restaurant is very good as well. The 2 challenges were that the room's A/C was not as effective. Set it at 20 degrees but felt like 24 in the room. The second problem was, with all the traffic changes getting in and out has become a bit painful. Overall a very good experience except minor annoyances.

Worst place to stay. Not worth the price, the rooms look like old govt guesthouses. Staff was helpful though.

I booked my guest at Ginger S G Road, Surprisingly , Very badly maintained property. Limited buffet. Cat in the room .. No Hot water for two days stay... Rooms were stinking when checked in Not even bothered to empty Dust been... Housekeeping were non responsive. after complaining also house keeping did not attend our complaint. Just check out today after staying on 6th July and 7th July.23. Blank response from receptionist.. Called up Deepak Tripathi the manager this morning.. seems not bothered for the inconvenience.. ' What can we do ' approach. I strongly don't suggest Ginger ... despite Tata Brand. Never !!!

Very badly maintained property. Limited buffet and no variety in food if you are staying for few days be ready to eat same stuff alternate day. Be careful if you are traveling with the small kids no safety grills are installed outside rooms windows and windows locks are broken. We stayed here for a week's time.

Very uncomfortable hotel at premier location at Ahmedabad. Cancelation sites are not clear, once you paid for room booking, it's very difficult to get it canceled. Very costly morning breakfast. Only online modification of dates and occupants possible with raised tariff without any justification . Outside view from room is suffocating. Only positive thing is lift facility, which is a major issue in most hotels in Ahmedabad.
