Ginger Ahmedabad, RTO Circle - Hotel in Ahmedabad - Ahmadabad, India

Great location. I booked the D-Lux room with breakfast. Overall a good stay, without problems. Staff is kind and courteous. Rooms are clean. I was utterly disappointed to walk into a very hot room. Surprisingly the rooms do not have a central AC system. You'll have to manually turn on the wall AC. The rooms do not offer dental kits by default, you'll need to buy them. For breakfast, there are not a lot of options and you'll find yourself crunched for space.

Ajay Kumar in the restaurant was really helpful and caring and so was the other staff. The location of this hotel was prime and helpe us travel to all sightseeing locations with ease. Rooms were pretty big compared to other hotels I have stayed in. Parking is in a shared facility but dedicated to Ginger and didn't really cause a problem but it's still a shared property. I would stay here again when in Ahmedabad for business trips or layovers.

Absolutely horrible and inhuman behaviour by the staff of the hotel. Not willing understand an emergency due to heavy rains was easily the highlight. Never staying here, and definitely telling everyone to not come here at all. Non cooperative at all levels.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel where the employees were really nice, especially the room service provided by Ikramul. The hotel staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The service was top-notch, and the staff was there for every need of mine. The hotel was clean and had a fantastic old-time charm. The room was wonderful, clean, and the bed comfort could not be beaten which was done by Ikramul.. The hotel delivered flawless service, and the room-service staff provided guests exactly what they might expect from a stay at a luxury hotel. The hotel had a perfect location, and it was great to take advantage of it to walk to dinner, check out a couple of galleries, and meetings. Overall, I had a great experience with the luxury hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious stay with excellent service.

Dental kit and bathroom slippers were chargeable. No soap in bathroom for bathing. Fridge was not working. Washroom was faul smelling. Toilet seat was broken. Overall not a good experience. 1/5 stars

Very good hotel at Ahmedabad near RTO circle. Good rooms parking place available front desk staff is very helpful and sober. Morning breakfast is very testy delicious and mouth watering many items available. Free early check in and late check out also available.

The morning staff girl was really rude and arrogant. She did not care to listen to what I was saying but her facial and talking behavior was not at all acceptable. I was ready to walk out of the hotel. The hotel is nice but they need to have friendly staff at the reception who have smile on face and make u fell welcome

Our family had a great stay here. Everyone was very helpful. Accomodated all our requests. We had senior citizens with us, who also had a comfortable stay. Receptionists Radha and Supriya were very hospitable. Thanks.
