The frequent interruptions, snail-like speeds, unhelpful customer support, and lack of transparency have left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I strongly advise anyone considering this broadband service to explore other options that offer more reliable and efficient connectivity. Stay away from Gigabeam Broadband and Save your money.
If you want the *WORST* service in Muradnagar, just go for it. They'll never listen to you, your internet will barely work 1 week a month and they're always fixing the issue. If your concern is latency then be ready for very intensive ping spikes. If your concern is speed then forget it I have 10mbps plan and barely get 2 mbps. I've complaint every single day (with proof, providing them screenshot) then after 2 months they said the problem is with my router and the PPPoE device, so i bought new ones and guess what? The problem continues and now they've stopped responding!
I must say, they have been incredibly increase there support system and, speed of 500mbps via fiber under 500rs unbelievable, very well work Gigabeam team and Atul bhaiya, observing great experience back with you. This is called customer satisfaction.
One of the worst Internet Service Provider I have had the misfortune to use in Modinagar. Not only they provide horrible internet service, but also their customer service is bad. They won't pick up calls, if they do sometimes they would just say "main dekhta hu", "karta hun". ("I will check" "I will fix"); but in reality they never fix it. I have subscribed to a plan of 20Mbps and I am attaching screenshots of what I have been getting for last 10 days. I would NOT RECOMMEND this ISP to anyone.
