We stayed in Nainital from April 2nd to April 4th, near Naini Lake. We tried many restaurants on Mall Road.
This was the best vegetarian restaurant we have found.
The food was really good in taste.
We weren't entirely sure what to try here because we weren't happy with the experiences we had at other places.
We tried one thing, which was excellent, then another, which was also excellent, and so on.
We tried biryani and tea, and we took tomato rice as a parcel.
The only regret was that we were about to leave Nainital, and at that time, we tried this restaurant.
Hopefully, in the future, we get to try this restaurant again.
P.S. The bill was almost half what we were paying in other restaurants, but I guess people travelling there won't have this point as their concern.
Food with Bugs!
Only go here if you wish to eat bugs with your food. We saw dead bugs in Chholas (Chhole Bhature).
When asked owner about it he had no words.
Today we have visited this restaurant in the evening. We really like that must be. It was very nice. The lights are cool. The location is amazing. The staff is very very polite. he really enjoyed the food. The quality was very good. Very nice vegetarian restaurant in the middle of the city.
Superb is the only word. We ordered noodles, dosa and paratha chai and everything was delicious. Limited seating though but worth the wait in case it's full. The chai was such a stress reliever. Aptly located towards the end of mall road opposite the lake. A must visit for lunch/dinner. Lucky to have found such good south indian and Chinese pahado mein :)
I didn't like my experience here. The food was so bland and generic. I'm not sure why is it so highly priced when they are not even serving good food!!
I'd agree that everything apart from food was nice, the service, cleanliness, atmosphere and even washroom, but food is the prime motivation to visit a restaurant.
So, I'd say find some other option, this isn't worth it.
This is gem situated at the heart of the mall road. We gave breakfast a try here and the prices and the quality of food was so good we went again for dinner. Everything on their menu is prepared with hygiene and they have sanitized washrooms available (which is a plus point)
The only reason not going with 5star rating is the malai kofta was so good it did upset my stomach

We ordered dal makhani which was for 275 rs and butter roti which was for 25 RS per piece.. and the food was incredible. Apart from this the ambience of this place is very nice .. cleanliness is well maintained.. Highly recommended !! + it's pure Vegetarian
