Let me start with the drawback. Giannis does not have an indoor seating arrangement. Except for that every thing else seems to be perfectly awesome. The ice cream, the quality of food materials, the behaviour of the staff, the ambiance of the hotel just behind it. My husband and I enjoyed all of these things even during the heat of the summer evenings. We ordered a chocolate hazelnut thick premium shake and tripping tiramisu Sundae. Only one small detail that we need to consider is to eat the tiramisu first and the Thick-Shake later because the Tirramisu has a very grave flavour and the shakes are essentially sweeter. The tiramisu was very satisfying, a mix of hot and cold and hell of a lot heavy, the thick Shake later made all the pains go away. Of course the mental ones. I have added some pictures of the bench outside the ice cream parlour. That is all there is in the name of seating. I wholeheartedly suggest that young couples may visit the parlour at least once a month. :)
Little expensive but worth it, try Belgian dark chocolate. They usually close around 11:45 or 12 so call before you go.

2 star just because of the staff, he was not friendly at all and it was appearing that he is not interested in selling. He doesn't even know what's in the stock, he was not even interested in answering our queries. There was no rush and we were the only customer still he was behaving like he is very busy. Better to order online
