It was the worst experience in this Bareilly outlet, no one was inside there to take orders.I was visited with my friends but the guy was busy taking orders of restaurant by standing outside the store. Inspite of multiple reminders he didn't came to serve ice cream.Finally I came out without any ice cream. I must say this was the poor service I got from this Giani store.
Amazing authentic ice cream. The staff is very good and they have maintained high standards of service and products. Even if they don't have any one of the ingredient ( be it a normal jelly) anytime required for any particular type of ice cream, they won't sell you the product just for sake of it. Honest and polite staff. Keep up the good work guys. Godspeed.
Great taste! Seating capacity is limited at this outlet. Be wary during billing though! On ordering a 1 litre pack, they try to double bill you for 500 ml each, which would obviously make you shell out more!
Loved the ice cream nice quality
Hygiene issue.. as flies were there...but icecream is awesome.. Pink guava with salty masala is yummy and different to eat.. Recommended for quality icecream... Sr. Scoop cup in Rs. 87.
Recently added to the ice cream palour outlets in the city is the Gianis ice cream . As most of you may be knowing it's a chain from Delhi. If you are looking for gourmet style ice cream ,I guess this is the best option in the city

Good place to have variety of icecreams.. Fusions are Superb.. But a bit costly in comparision to other icecreams pralour.. No place to sit..
