Love it, fresh and delicious You can try their Sundays and shakes they're really very tasty and fresh You might feel the price is a little bit overpriced but you get good presentation and ambience on their shop Overall I would recommend it to ice cream lovers and people with sweet tooth
Staff behaviour is pathetic, even not want to attend properly,
Pathetic customer service, don't know how to make simple cold coffee. They don't treat customers well. Don't greet at all. Guy at the counter is full of attitude. Would never visit again.
I have ordered a stale and stinking fruit cream today afternoon upon complaint with Zomato, they didn't help an we came with that box in their store .. on that note we waited calmly for the restaurant manager and he didn't take accountability for it & over that he said it taste like this only and without arguing we left our box with them because we just cannot consume stale products & hence we bear the loss of 600/- and came back.

It was a hot day when I was about to order lunch in Delhi and since the temperature was soaring we decided to go for dessert as well. My friend suggested that I order the Kulfi Sticks from Giani's. And so I ended up ordering all the four variants that they have. The Malai Kulfi was perfect and a bliss in the hot summer. The Gulkand Kulfi tasted just like Paan and you will love it if you are a Paan lover. The Kesar Kulfi was also great and I absolutely loved it.
Though not that much good on shop's appearance but sundaes, shakes & ice creams are still on the good side. Can try it out if near the place

Open till late nights. The taste is amazing. Been going here for now like 15 years. The staff Is good. It's a small ice-cream palour. This place have huge range of ice-creams flavors. Love this place.
