I visited to this spa. They treated me well. They welcome me with. Ginger tea and green tea. I have use jacuzzi there that was osm. There therapist they are well behaviour and good looking. I use only 1hour but I have use stem there and another 30mints I have use. Jacuzzi I like it more so I took one more hour. I felt so relax. I spending there tike like 2 hours. Good place to relax. Ghogi Spa is a hidden diamond inside a coal mine! The amount of thought put into the construction of this spa is immense! The rooms, the ambience, the lighting, everything is calming and soothing. The steam and shower room provide the perfect end to your experience! And I haven't even begun talking about the skill of the masseuse. I got my massage from Ruhi, such a sweet lady, even her voice has a calming effect on your senses! I guess the sweet talk got me a complimentary head massage, not sure if that's included for everyone. While the massage is perfect in its entirety, the strong pressure of the shower coupled with the steam bath is blissful. They even served me ginger honey tea before I paid the bill! If you are looking for a spa experience that is different from the standard salons and spas, go to Ghogi and try out one of their traditional massages, and because Ruhi was such an expert, I'd recommend her name too (just don't overbook her so much that I find it difficult to get an appointment with her).

Have been to this place several times and the ambiance was extraordinary. it looks like new but it's been more than a 6 year old spa the staff was very polite and they will take care of your needs accordingly .overall the experience was great do visit and explore the new places guys .you will really enjoy the session

Pretty good, price wise and staff wise. I came in late for the appointment but the lady was very kind enough to accommodate my request. The staff is professional and knows there job well. I would recommend this for sure. Also, check for best prices and deals on nearbuy(you usually get a good deal) or call in advance and confirm for the appointment. Thank you Ghogi!

It was the most horrible experience of my life. They have the most rude ans pompous receptionist who misleads you on the phone and takes advance booking with payment and then once you book appointment ans show up at the venue he gives excuses of less staff and other nonsense and eliminates most of the massages. Super rude and inconsiderate, despite a booking he just gave my slot to a walk in customer and doesn't even apologize. Please refrain from wasting your time and money in this horribly managed place.

We went for a couple massage and took the Balinese massage. But the massage for far from Balinese. The masseuse it seemed were biding their 90 min time window instead of actually putting some focus on what they were doing. When we told the manager of the place about it afterwards, they seemed least concerned or apologetic.

Very good atmosphere inside the spa!!! The place is well maintained. Courteous staff. Checked this place out because of a friend's recommendation and turned out to be better than expected!! Got my first massage done and it was an amazing experience!! Definitely going to be a regular here!! Best massage therapist ever!!! Family spa!!!

Had a wonderful warm welcome at hsr ghogi, the place was next level and thier Ambience was so attractive as soon as i enter the front desk people offer me welcome drink, and the service part was excellent, especially i recommend all to try forehand massage.
