Ghoghla Beach - Tourist attraction in Ghoghola - Diu, India

I have not been to Goa but I have seen other beaches in Odisha , Mandavi (Gujarat) , Chennai and I can tell you this was the cleanest beach ever. The beach was so clean that you can sleep directly on the sand . When we reached , there was literally nobody on the beach. Swimming or going in the water was not allowed. The shower-rooms were closed too. I dont know the reason; either it was because of the monsoon or the renovation. But we had a lot of fun. We built a sandcastle, walked on the shore, clicked some pictures and came back home. There are washrooms on the beach and also a big restaurant.

One of the beautiful blue beaches. Nice and clean sand beach to have a stroll. If you are looking to have a dip in the beach than this is the beach for you. Must visit beach while in Diu. We visited early morning and it was just so calming, the sound of the waves, cool breeze just feels like heaven. Water sport options are available but less then Nagao beach. If looking for a less crowded beach than this is the place for you. Just one note do bring your snacks with you if you plan to relax on the beach for sometime.

Very clean & beautiful beach to chill out & fun. Also not so crowded beach so that families or friends group can enjoy their own company at this beach. Also there are no boat rides or so many activities available on this beach.

It is one of the blue flag beaches in India, so the standards are extremely high. And this beach has all the qualities to be a blue flag beach. Very calm and peaceful, not very crowded like nagoa beach. Some water sports activities are also available. I found this beach much more peaceful and beautiful than the others beaches in Diu.

In December I toured diu.. visited the beautiful beach of diu.. must visit the beach when you are in diu... The beach is most likely clean and neat.. i have at the time of sunset . I have enjoyed it a lot on this beach because of the beauty of the beach with slow waves and sunset.. as well as beach side they have food as well like popcorn and corn ., Chana jor garam. And many others.. Visit with your friends and family.. as well as couples ...

Best beach of diu, the peace of this beach is unbelievable, when you visit diu you must visit the ghoghls beach for sunset or sunrise.

Best place for me on my visit to Diu. I personally felt this beach far far better than Nagoa beach. The local government has developed platform on this beach and children play area as well as some of the exercise equipments on the beach. The beach was very much clean against my expectations. Then I came to know that it was the inauguration day of the nagoa beach development of above said infrastructure. That's why staff was taking care of the beach very well. I visited this beach on 2 consecutive days.

Kinda private beach, fishermen are mostly here fishing. Not on the location mentioned here on google, it's at the 2 sharp turning road ahead. Hardly anyone will be found here. One can swim and also drink here. Do not come diu in rainy season.
