Love this place! This is a fantastic Gym!!! The Best trainer cum Owner Mr. Mahender Ji is amazing and offer tons of support and encouragement on your fitness journey. The workouts are tough but rewarding and produce amazing results quickly if you commit to it! I've been going to Modern Gym about 3 months and have achieved better results in that time than I have in years at other gyms. Easily the best gym in the city, reasonably priced Just Rs.350/-and a great workout atmosphere - nice but not fancy, lots of people serious about fitness. I've gotten some of my best training advice from Mahender Ji And moreover Excellent personal training by Mahender Bhai who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Small and private gym that feels more personal. Highly recommended! My experience with Modern Gym has been and continues to be perfect., Convenience at its finest. A special shout out to one of the trainer & Owner Mahender bhai. He's always been very welcoming, kind and generous. The trainer Mahender bhai is super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It's great! I feel 10 years younger! And I'm very thankful to Mahender Bhai for grooming in right direction to make me fit...

It's really fantastic. I found a good trainer. He is really helps me alot while doing.. now I'm confident. Before I really feels shy but now I'm very happy
The gym is self equiped by itself
The coach is very freindly the only thing is just ask ge will give his 110% just in a span of 25 days i can see my cloths getijng beautifully fitting in my body

its really good its not a unisex gym
Coach is only money minded in fact one cannot believe that he is certified fitness trainer and he always escape from people in training.
WRT fees it's truly gambling because the fees displayed by the government and what he extract from people is too different.
And equipments are too limited specially cardio workout equipments and even existing equipments will not work still trainer will charge... So he is a proper dictator in this center without any abilities.
Kindly some one from GHMC look into it and clear it.since the gym center is located in best location and can turn many youth to be healthier human resource of India.

S Gym is a great place to workout if you are looking to lose weight or bulk up. Satish who is the manager cum trainer is very friendly and focuses on members individually providing good guidance on exercises and diet.
Had a great surgery experience. The surgeons are professional and have many years of work experience. I did not feel tensed or anxious during my surgery. Overall i would give it a five star rating for their hospitality and care. The post op recovery
