The accessibility to Dr Romesh Gauttam is worth a million bucks! We have never had any issues getting our kids in when they need to see him and have always felt very confident in his care. He has a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The cleanliness and organization of the unit were impeccable, creating a safe and comfortable environment for both infants and parents.. I would (and do) recommend his NICU to anyone looking for a pediatrician.

Extremely qualified doctors with a humane approach towords patients. well maintained ,friendly and efficient nursing and support staff thanks to Dr. Romesh Gauttam Sir He is available round tha clock and extremely polite. Staff also good and well educated.

Worst experience!! Doctors and the treatment is good but the arrangement by the staff is very poor. You have to wait at each step to the treatment, like why to take appointments when it is not going to be on time and on the number you got. And after each examination report you'll get the report after so much wait and that too is not decided when, whenever staff feel it's the time they'll do the work or I don't know it's the process the follow. I think hospital staff needs to understand we as a patient wait because we want right treatment not because we are free. Guess what it took so much time that when I got my reports, I could not make it to show them to the doctor.

Behavior of Doctor and staff is very nice. Dr Romesh Gauttam is very cooperative. They tailored the care plan for our baby, taking into consideration his specific medical needs and developmental requirements. He explains everything in simple words which everyone can easily understand.
