It's been 6 months with Ghala and more to go.. all branded and high quality equipments they have. Good knowledgeable trainers who helps you to achieve goals. Lot of parking space. Gym is not crowded as it is not on main road and less marketing.
A very clean and spacious gym with well maintained equipments, changing rooms and wash area. Have separate area for cardio and warm up. Like in every other gym, the trainer will assist you on first few days and after that you are your own unless you opt for personal training.
Undoubtedly the best gym of the locality. Equipment of international standards and a positive atmosphere. The best part is that they provide great payment packages to choose from, making it economically friendly in the long run. A great place for individual gym goers as well as couples and families with kids. Check this place out.
