The experience was good as per my family. Dr. Meenakshi treated our case with perfection and entire staff was regularly updating us and giving us the good advice and on time updates.
All the staff members are very helpful and very supportive. They are so punctual with their duties and very proactive with the patient.
Dr. Meenakshi Ghai is extremely rude. Horrible experience at the hospital. One extremely important quality of a doctor should be to treat the patients gently and calmly. That lady is far from that. Could not fathom, a doctor could be this insensitive to the patients. Humble advice to everyone, please think twice before going there.
I want to rate it in minus. Dr. Meenakshi behaves as if she is doing a huge favour in treating her patients. No sense how to talk. Extremely rude.
The gynaecologist here is pathetic. The way she talks is impolite, rude and behaves as if she don't even want to see and listen to the patient. Unprofessional behavior at its peak.
