The Doctors and treatment are very good. We went for oncology treatment. Sorry to mention that the waiting area of oncology department is terribly hot and management may take necessary action to install Air-Conditioners over there. Kindly note that many cancer patients are waiting every day there and the corridor, we wait is so hot that it is difficult to stay there for even 2minutes ! Hope, the GG management will take urgent action on it. 15-11-2023 Thanks a lot for taking urgent steps on my comment, which I posted above. Now I found the oncology waiting area is air conditioned and appreciated the efforts by GG hospital management. It was really a wonderful experience to receive an executive health checkup for my brother from GG Hospital. The whole process, from step in to step out, was entirely tremendous. The service rendered staff were great, especially the customer service, granted by Dheeba, which was exceptional and outstanding. She is a really kind, friendly, welcoming and efficient person. She is always ready to attend the questions, concerns, and all customers' needs in relation to the hospital service. We left the hospital with a having a confidence in their service, care, and customer service. If you're looking for a reliable hospital with compassionate medical professionals, just have a visit there!
Our experience with Dr Sanjay Zachariah is very excellent. But I noticed one biggest issue is the toilet cleanliness opposite pharmacy, it is very horrible because I couldn't stand the pharmacy space even the toilet door is closed. You already took service charge from every patient but don't ensure the basic need , public toilet of railway, bus stand etc better than this..
I had the pleasure of using GG Hospital's Health Checkup service, and I must say, it was an overall positive experience. Deepa, the service coordinator, deserves special recognition for her excellent work in ensuring I received all the proper services. While there were a few issues with the health service packages Offroad , the outstanding customer service I received more than made up for it. It's clear that GG Hospital values its patients, and with some adjustments to the packages, they could further enhance their service. I would definitely recommend their Health Checkup service to others.
Five stars to Dr. Anitha S Pillai, who is our consultant Gynecologist. Her dedication is truly inspiring and remarkable. Even though doctor has a very busy schedule, she find time to meet and care about every patients and expresses her love. She immediately makes us feel comfortable and as if she's been our doctor for years. This doctor is truly exceptional! I delivered my baby at 31 week.I am really thankful to Dr. Mrinal sir and all the staffs of NICU for taking care of my baby boy for 20 days in NICU.Dr MRINAL (Neonatologist) who took care of my baby.When my little one was in the NICU we were in a pandemic situation.In such a situation speaking to the doctor gave all strength to face the problems.The doctor clearly explained the problems and the concerned treatments.Doctor encouraged us to visit NICU so that baby would show fast recovery.Doctors and their team gave complete care and attention on my baby without time being a constraint.
