A poor pathetic experience, my father went to this hospital located at JLN road, advised by Dr. Neeraj Agarwal. Some adverse reasons which substantiate my points are listed below : 1. Initial amount for the Prostate MRI test was agreed at @14K but on the day of the medical test, fees charges hiked by 2K I.e. 16K. 2. MRI machine sound is extremely high as their volume control system has failed and the patient support person has to put cotton in their ears to bear such high sound volume. 3. No electricity backup as during the procedure, 3-time electricity failure without having backup which stops the procedure multiple times during 1 hour of MRI checkup. 4. No staff support as they were clueless too. Absolutely a disaster & money-making center and I would not recommend at all anyone to visit this center for their medical test or checkups. Experience was very good. This was my second time MRI, first time I got little anxious and staff supported me very very well, this time also staff was very supportive specially Rajesh Kumar Verma ji helped a lot. Facility was clean and hygienic. Overall recommendable for everyone.

The first time I got a little anxious and the staff supported me very very well, Every time the staff was very supportive especially Rajesh Kumar Verma ji It helped a lot. Covid protocols are strictly followed I personally recommend this place for diagnostic tests and scans. Facility was clean and hygienic. Overall recommendable for everyone.

The charge is 3 times higher than any clinic. Think if someone take advantage of the patients by charging high then how they can give geniune reports. Reports look fake hate that clinic. Don't ever go to those devil souls.
I have visited the lab on Sunday at 4 PM after taking consent over phone from Mr. Rajkumar. However when I reached he told me that come tomorrow as all staff left and behaved very non professionally. Such kind of behaviour is highly disappointing.
