Few days ago, I visited getwel hospital with my family member ( patient ), here I came at night, since I live nearby so come here , show the patient to the physician, before our meet the person outside charged 500 rupees said no receipt will be provided, however I use my mind and paid him online, but he took payment on his personal number then, it was 10:30 pm approx. Later on physician saw the patient and call me individually, tell me to admit the patient in ICU, it's a serious disorder ceisure case , admit as soon as possible.. I find it very different, as we were knowing the fact that it's a simple case of reaction occurs after injecting needle even told him, but he insisted for this.. Finally I talked to my regular doctor, and after her advice we left the getwel hospital and went to her, she visited the patient, give some doses of medicine and left her in an hour in a normal way. Since that day, patient is ok. Fully ok. So, this kind of things occur at a well reputed hospitals even, if they found the patient and members looking for an urgent need at night, they start charging and fake bill making. Highly disappointed with getwel hospital now. Will not recommend anyone now. I'll rate it One star out of ten stars. /..
