Best gym in locality, with AC, and good enough gym equipments. The best thing is the trainer, he's real helpful. The atmosphere is friendly with good management as well.
Here I learn a lot about physical exercises and here trainer(Avi da) and receptionist(Auroshree didi) are most friendly behaviour and trainer guide me how to gain muscles so he told me the proper diet chat and proper exercises that helps me a lot.
Gym is very good, nd the trainer is also very helpful... Within two months I get to see a lot of improvement in my body... Nd talking about air conditioning then only in winters the AC was off... Ignore bad comments if uh want toh know about the gym uh are welcome to come and see.
Worst GYM. Trainer tells nothing & just talks with others. It is better to join other GYM than to join here & waste your hard earned money. AC doesn't work & always excuse about it's not working.
This Gym is supposed to be an air conditioned one as they have mentioned....but only one AC works throughout the day which is not enough. It doesn't feel like an air conditioned Gym at all... Don't get fooled by joining it if you are looking for an air conditioned Gym
