Hello My dad had a hernia surgery in May 2023. Day or two before the surgery he met with the specialists. They reviewed his health and gave the go ahead with the surgery. He was well taken care of by the doctors and the nurses before and after the operation. I think we were able to setup an appointment over the phone as well. Since this hospital is dedicated to treating senior citizens, they should make it imperative that the patient doesn't have to make multiple appointments on different dates to meet with different doctors. That's a suggestion I have and I feel strongly about it. Given all the traffic which is cumbersome on a normal day ( for a healthy citizen who is in prime health) to request that senior citizens make multiple visits doesn't make sense.... ( that too in T.Nagar) if a patient is to meet with several doctors I sincerely request that the appointment be set so that the patient meets with all doctors on that day over the course of a couple of hours or so. That didn't happen with my Dad. Coming to the surgery the services, the camaraderie of the doctors my dad was well taken care of and we were in good hands. So I have no issues with the services provided. Doctors should accommodate or the front office so go over and above and make sure multiple visits to meet with different doctors are avoided for patients. Having said that I recommend this health care facility. I am sure that this recommendation made by me would be considered since I found the entire environment friendly and open to suggestions... My father recently received care & treatment for dengue here under Dr.Ashwin. The medical support provided by Dr.Ashwin and his team has been very satisfying, comforting and gave my father lot of confidence. The dieticians, nursing staff and the other attenders did a great job in keeping my father comfortable. The hospital overall was clean, efficient and everybody was very considerate. The canteen food was decent but the area there could be cleaner.

I had taken my father to see Dr Magesh at Geri Care T. NAGAR for multiple issues. Dr Magesh had a very calm demeanor and patiently listened to our concerns and conducted a thorough evaluation. He spent a lot of time trying to understand the entire picture before coming up with the treatment plan. My mother was very relieved that he was able to use the existing test reports. Scheduling the appointment was very easy through Dr Magesh's secretary. The hospital staff were also very efficient, courteous and professional. A wheelchair with attendant was readily available from the car so it was very convenient for my father. I would highly recommend Dr Magesh and Geri Care.

Do not appreciate such insensitiveness of the pharmacist over phone call. Despite informing that there is an urgent confirmation required for availability of items to pick up to administer Intravenous, she cooly replied to me asking to call back after sometime. When I said I will hold the line and to finish what she was doing, she hung up the phone by disconnecting the call. Did not find the pharmacy link seperately, hence my comments here. BTW got connected via the hospital.

Gericare Doctors and entire staff have been extremely compassionate and professional during the entire stay of my elderly father at their Assisted Living Center in Thoraipakkam, Chennai. In a commercialised medical world, Gericare stands apart as an empathic and patient focused Medical institution. We highly recommend them for elderly medical care.

My daughter mrs pavithra due to dingu fever admitted geri care hospital , T nagar, near vani mahal. Dr V Srinivas team very excellent treatment in the hospital. Sisters we call immediately to come attended without any hesitation for smiling face . Duty doctor and other specialist Dr also we ask the question they cleared all questions . Insurance authority very help ful to arrange for insurance settlement. One good news for nanganallur pupils recently opened same hospital . Thanks & regards. S Rajan ( pavithra father)

The Lab tech Monisha was amazingly expert in finding nerve for seamless blood extraction. Never seen anyone do so patient and perfect. Please keep up the good work. Kudos to you!

My father was a regular patient of this Hospitals for few years. When he passed away, we called the Hospitals fir issuing a Death Certificate. They came home, took ECG, collected Rs 2000 and refused to issue Death Certificate. It's a sad state of affairs. In the bargain I could not fulfill my father's wish of donating his eyes. Rajan Eye care Hospitals were waiting for the death certificate for a long time. I could not get a death certificate immediately. I had to request several friends to get the certificate. He passed away around 2.30 pm and cremated around 6 pm. His eyes were not donated. My father had told me several times to donate his eyes after his period. He was instrumental for many eye donations. He has convinced many and made them donate.
