One of my worst experience which I had ever seen in my life. They are professionally bad in treating customers. They know how to con people with utmost cunning smile. They are too calculative, manipulative and cheaters. If you treat people in this way, you will surely lose the customers. I will never recommend this jewellers to my friends and relatives. Very very very worst ...one of the worst experience which I have ever encountered in my life... They don't know how to treat a customer with proper code... This shop staffs and manager behave like 1st standard kids. They are very cunning and cheating. Kallarackals is money minded... They cheated me and I never recommend even my enemies. . They r not kallarackals. They are FRAUDCKALS

Recently I checked all shop. Kallarakals Wastage percentage too high but having collections. Opposite shop MM jwellers shop is better than kallarackals low collection but cost effective. BIHMA jwellers also good.
Worst experience , the person handling the purchase needs to significantly be educated about handling and dealing with customers. He was so pathetic because of which we were taken back and so alarmed by his approach and decided not to buy the gold that we selected. We were always found of your jewelry shop and have done many bulk purchases here.. If this is how its going to be then its sure that you will loose customers. Pls treat your customers with mere respect, we are not buying your gold for free but we pay and only buy. So keep that mind.
