So far the worst stay experience I've ever experienced. We've booked 3 rooms for a night stay. The service staff(especially the night shift guys) were very rude. The nearest beach is literally 5,6 Km's away. The food which we got for lunch was also not good. I strongly urge the management to take care of the property as the service staff also commented that the pool facilities are not available/working. Proper guidance and training should be given to the staff.

Visited the property last week, Food was not at all tasty and highly overpriced, Chicken, beef and all was not properly cooked. The Suite room costs Rs 7000 and it was hardly a 100sq. feet room where its hard to accomodate even 3 people. Water was leaking from the AC from the cottage room. The behaviour of a staff was very rude. Pool was not at all maintained. Staff service overall was also very poor. Complimentory breakfast was Puttu and Kadala and there was no other options. Overall a very bad experience when we pay Rs 24000 for a vacation.

Away from city rush the holiday home was perfect spot for getaway. Kerala style nice traditional ancestral rooms with architectural beauty surrounded by lush green lawns, open space, independent cottages, playing area, outdoor for kids, swimming pool, open court etc was best suited for perfect hang out. it was well maintaind having great privacy, quiet, silent and peceful environment.The team were having excellent hospitality, extremely polite and very co operative. i had good experience to celebrate my birthday and will be cherished for ever. There were options for veg and non veg menu and food was authentic delicaciies of good selections to perfection .It was was very tasty along with good service to make our stay feeling at home. Special cake and arrangements were made to our surprise.There were hall and facilities for conferences, meeting and wedding.

We had a get together with our old PhD mates, it is a fantastic place. Good place to relax and the food was exceptionally exquisite.Perfect place for family reunion, don't think twise when you want to book the place. Go for it and kids will love this place.

Good service ,food is good,the area is surrounded by water ,good atmosphere. A big place for evnets like onam , meet-up...etc

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a stunning building.It's a comfortable stay for folks looking for relaxed stay away from noise and din of the city.Staff and owners were very cooperative.One drawback is the distance away from the amazing Cherai Beach.My friend wedding was held there on last Saturday.The ambience, surroundings and waterfront we enjoyed it thoroughly and neat pool, play area and outdoor. . .

Attended my friend's marriage here. It's a beautiful place. Good lawn. Great ambience. Park like set up for kids is also there. Pool is nice, provided with a change room. Well maintained rest rooms. Water quality was good. Really enjoyed partying there. It was an evening reception, light arrangements were really good. Need to increase parking space. Staffs are really good, doing cleaning activities properly. Space for dj is also there.
