Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff Chandan (night shift) and Omar & Sujit (morning staff) is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

Most unsafe Hotel room management i have ever seen. They had given my room keys to someone else also. Some people trying to open my room at 2:00am in night while i was in sleep!! And when i tried to call reception from intercome,they did not even take call for 30 minutes.

Decent hotel, we stayed as a family overnight. Room service could be better

Located near the main highway, this is a good hotel with well decorated entrance and front desk. It appears to be serving good for the banquets rather than business purposes. The same is a six floored building with restaurant at the top. The rooms are large enough with old designs. The service level can be improved in terms of response, communication, agility, food availability and so on. The food taste is good but availability is an issue though many are enlisted on the menu card. The check in process is quite age old with all the manual entries. The breakfast is generally served as buffet though due to low occupancy I had to order separately which has taken time during office hours.

We booked around 40 rooms for our marriage for 2 days which were not alloted to us all at once even the room services was very poor in such a summer condition water bottles were not provided. The staff is very less. They are not good for maintaing a crowd and provide the services related to it. The breakfast was repeated and even they supplied some of the same dish for lunch which they prepared in breakfast by just adding some water to it. Please be noted don't take the vendors reffered by the hotel staff or manager they will charge you such amount and not qualtiy of work. A single statement this hotel gave me a pathetic experience.

Good rooms, clean linen, working TV and accessories, blind curtains, cooperative staff, ample parking space (own parking space) unlike other hotels where u reach and see that u still have to park on the road. Detail The rooms are good sized, linen, towel, toiletries etc were provided and everything was clean and maintained, TV was not working but immediately fixed, the staff was very courteous. However the kitchen was not working due to the pandemic, the bad part was that we had to go downstairs ourselves to bring the food to our room, no plates were provided. The shower was not working, but that didn't bother us much. Overall a good hotel.
