An amazing place with the best coaches Samith Sir and Anjali Ma'am. Since I joined here, my fitness level and mentality has significantly improved. Even after one session you will feel like you're a part of the family. I'd definitely recommend giving it a shot here, if you want to learn MMA.

I trained here for 3 months then came Bengalore for job, here in blr i have changed 4-5 mma gyms but still dint get trainer like Sumit sir...if you are in mysuru it's a right place for you. world class training.

Best place to train in Mysore to train MMA . Coaches are very friendly. Atmosphere is great, everybody is very helpful and approachable. Gym is open for everyone of all ages , which is great !! I have trained in other mma gyms over the years and this one is far superior. Coach Sam is technically very sound. One of the nicest person I have ever known ! He's gonna kill you with his workouts. Warm up , Drill drill drill .. do it till you learn .. That's what you need to expect when you walk in ! They surely know what they're doing. The facilities and training methodologies are world class . It's the only place I train in Mysore. Accept no substitute. Cant wait to go back tomorrow!!!
