This hospital is nothing but a gathering of a rude doctor, very rude receptionist and rude & unprofessional staff. Especially the receptionist who has been well trained to misbehave with people. It appears that they are not even good for doing simple wound dressing. Will never recommend going to this hospital.

Had worst experience of my life. Dr Shobit is rude and extremely unprofessional. He gave wrong diagnosis and his lab results were far away from reality. We went to the hospital in emergency on 22 Sept midnight with our few months old baby as she had 104 fever. First the receptionists were extremely rude and then the doctor at night shift was careless and proudy. My husband asked him a question for which he replied back saying "12 saal ki padhai h sab janna h to pehle wo karlo". We were shocked as we have never experienced anyone saying this to us. They inserted paracetamol suppository in my baby and sponged her with wet cloth and sent us home. Over night my daughter got red rashes all over her body as an allergic reaction to the dirty cloth. We came back next day to show the rashes and do lab tests. We did our lab tests in the morning and came back in the afternoon to see Dr Shobhit and one other doctor(con artist). Dr Shobhit said our daughters haemoglobin is 5 which is way below a normal number and we must hospitalise her and she need blood transfusion. We were shocked and confused that how come her numbers are this low when she looks active and never showed any other sign except fever(which could be due to anything). They started putting pressure on us that this is serious and we must take immediate action. She needs 10 days minimum of hospitalisation. We said we need more time to think and went straight to Manipal hospital. Doctors over there assured us that her haemoglobin doesn't look this low after physical examination and conducted lab tests. On our request they admitted her as we were extremely scared. Next day her reports showed haemoglobin as 9.2 and her fever also disappeared. Doctor said she is perfectly fine and was already recovering when we hospitalised her. We got discharged within a day. This proves how horrible Genesis hospital is and god knows what would have happened if we hospitalised our daughter there. It's a business and they don't care about any child. Please Beware of such money sucking hospitals and doctors.

Decent paediatric hospital with excellent direction of Dr.Shobhit Gupta. I am very satisfied with their guidance and timely follow ups for my daughter's vaccination. Well trained staff as well.

The place is very patient friendly. Staff is very courteous. Dr Shobhit is very efficient, competent and reassuring. Other doctors are also very good .

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at Genesis Hospital in Janakpuri. My encounter with the receptionist left me utterly dissatisfied and angered by their lack of professionalism, deceptive practices, and dismissive attitude. The receptionist was only interested in the money and failed to inform me that it is a pediatric hospital, during the admission process. This oversight resulted in a complete waste of my time and money, as my medical needs were not catered to at all. It is the responsibility of the hospital staff to provide accurate and transparent information to patients, which was clearly neglected in my case. Moreover, despite the receptionist's mistake, they adamantly refused to refund my money. It is completely unjust and unethical to withhold funds when a service has not been provided. I approached them with a calm and rational demeanor, hoping for a resolution, but instead, I was met with an unprofessional display of attitude and indifference. They seemed completely unconcerned about my dissatisfaction and appeared to ignore my legitimate concerns. The lack of accountability and customer service displayed by the receptionist at Genesis Hospital is deeply troubling. As a healthcare facility, they have a responsibility to treat their patients with respect, empathy, and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of these expectations. I strongly advise against seeking medical care at Genesis Hospital in Janakpuri. Their receptionist's deceptive practices, refusal to refund, and dismissive behavior towards patients' concerns demonstrate a severe lack of integrity and commitment to providing quality healthcare. It is imperative to choose a hospital that values patient well-being and prioritizes transparency in its operations.

Very well experienced doctors and cooperative staff. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO ALL THE NEW PARENTS FOR THEIR CHILDREN.

May his soul rest in peace....my daughter was not putting well. While other hospital dr were keen to admit her, dr Gaba examined her very well and cured her in hardly 2-3 dose without admitting her....
