Specially created this fake Id to save others from this well orchestrated FRAUD. I visited the place three months back for abortion of my friend who was pregnant. Since this was an unwanted pregnancy we were very scared at first, after looking at various options we decided to go ahead with this hospital as it specialises in it and had decent reviews (We so wish we knew the reality earlier) P.S (for knowledge) - Now if the pregnancy is located in the uterus and is normal and is less than 9 weeks old (7 weeks for being ultra safe) It can be easily terminated using MTP tablets) It is the safest option with a 98% success rate. 1) They will welcome you very warmly and explain things, they will quote a price of 2500, which is decent but THEY WON'T DISCLOSE THAT THIS PRICE IS ONLY FOR ULTRASOUND. (They say that this is for consultation and ultrasound [the ultrasound is also not nearby and you'll have to go 3-4 km to another lab to get it done]. Whereas the lab itself will show you the results and if the age, location and growth of the pregnancy is normal. Established chains like Cloud-9 charges 1900 for this test and gives a proper stress-free experience) 2) When the report comes and everything is normal this is where their game starts THEY FORCE YOU TO DO SURGICAL ABORTION, THEY WILL ALSO GIVE AN OPTION OF MTP (Medical abortion using Pills) but will quote a price of 10000+. Which is completely absurd just for the abortion. (They might negotiate based on your response) If the patient goes ahead that is also an exorbitant revenue source for them and if not then also they have already earned 2500 from their partnership with the lab. ADVICE - Don't panic, abortion is very normal and that's why the government has legalised it. Especially if the pregnancy is less than 9 weeks old it can be easily terminated using MTP. It's a 2 day process( and two weeks supervision) which can be done at your home itself with the supervision of a doctor. The steps involved are 1) an ultrasound - To accurately determine the age of the pregnancy and to check if it is located in the uterus only and everything is normal . ( If not you may have to go ahead with the surgical process) 2) If everything is within the prescribed criteria mentioned above the doctor will prescribe a MTP kit which costs 400-500Rs. You have to take the first pill on day one which will open the sac and 4 pills within 48 hours of 1st pill which will push the pregnancy out of the body. - There will be slightly more bleeding and cramps. (Consult the doctor for supervision) 3) After two weeks do the pregnancy test or an ultrasound to check that no pregnancy tissue is left in the uterus. That's it, it's not that hard or complex. Be strong and go through legal process. In this way only you will be safe and your privacy will be protected. OPTIONS - All established hospital chains provide MTP Abortion packages. Starting from 3500. Renowned chains like Cloud-9/Apollo, IFortis provides the package at 6000 which includes one ultrasound. (And expert doctors and the best environment) (Now remember the package which this fraud doctor was quoting was 10000 and does not include any ultrasound) In our case we consulted a local gynaecologist who charged us 2000 explained the process properly and provided the medicines in the same cost. Took followups for two weeks and checked final after two weeks all in the same cost. SOME DOCTORS LIKE THIS ARE RUNNING THEIR BUSINESS BASED ON THE FEAR OF PUBLIC/ YOUNG COUPLES. DONT FALL FOR THEM Consult a good doctor and get the entire process done with utmost safety and peace of mind that too within legal costs All the best! Use protection and stay safe
Firstly, confidentiality of procedure very important. Staff is professional with respect for privacy. Price was a concern but the quality of procedure and after-treatment recovery is worth it. Only issue may be with wait times during busy hours. Doctors will reduce wait times by have nurses do the initial checkups. All else quite fine and ok.
