I was diagnosed with pilonidal sinus and was recommended surgery by Doctor Jha. He explained everything in detail with respect to the treatment options and recovery time. He's a very knowledgeable and practical man with a very positive mindset. So my surgery went smoothly and throughout the process I didn't face absolutely any problem as the staff was well trained and extremely polite. The hospital premises are clean and equipped with all the necessities. I would highly recommend this hospital.

They charged fee twice in three days. I came for the first time, they gave 3days medicine. On third day I was not fully recovered, visited the hospital, the charges fee again.
This is very unfair.

Worst Experience ever. They are just running a Fraud Hospital in which they charge 1700 for normal dressing of wounds which other hospitals are charging Max 600.
The Staff is totally unprofessional and they don't know how to handle a patient.
Never suggest anyone to visit this hell. Go to any civil hospital better than this.

My experience with genesis Hospital is very good overall the doctors and staff is very polite, humble and caring not so High price of treatment. One of the best hospital I found yet.
One of worst hospital I have seen in my life.
First they will check with you is whether you have insurance or not. In case you say "Yes". They will make you admitted to hospital for no reasons and will try to make money out of you.
They will give on giving glucose and drip. When you enquire what has happened to patient they will never tell you.
If you ask can I take my patient as I am not happy with the service. They will scare you by giving LAMA.
My recommendation is based on my own experience and my friend experience. Worst Hospital. NEVER Go there if you care for your family
