Staff is unhygienic, same age old towel is give to tuck around the neck during treatment and you're also asked to wipe your face with it. They don't wash their hands before applying things on your face- very unprofessional and unhygienic- how can someone have this attitude while working with an acne patient!? Also if you're charging so highly atleast maintain hygiene. Terribly disappointed!
