I've been working out at Genesis since the last 3 months and for someone who wasn't very consistent with exercise, it has been quite an amazing journey. The coaches Adarsh, Raj and Nimay are very gentle, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Their attention to detail and ability to customise the workouts based on strength, previous injuries, individual fitness goals etc. is unmatched. They also have the critical ability to challenge you while being motivating and keep the classes enjoyable. The park also has a really good vibe and is always filled with great energy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Six months at Genesis Calipark!!! From joining just for a month as a break from my regular workout to stressing out about missing a single class; this has been quite a journey! This is coming from a "I will never go to the gym " girl. Everyday here is challenging, exciting and fun.The best part is that I feel both mentally and physically stronger. The coaches Adarsh,Raj and Nimay are the bestest ever Always supportive and kind! I love working out with my evening Cali batch who always motivate to try harder. Give it a try, you will love it!

I wasn't someone who used to be consistent with one type of workout but genesis has got me hooked on to working out everyday and now I feel my day is incomplete if I miss even one day of workout. Genesis has been a wonderful for me a growth booster, and definitely a stress buster. you come do different workouts focusing whole body and different muscles, plus you have fun with different games and activities and also build your knowledge on calisthenics.
