Generation Hench is the best Calisthenics gym I have ever been to! The atmosphere is absolutely outstanding. Everyone cheers for you including the members! The trainers are exceptionally talented and have a great way of teaching. MMA sessions are legendary alongwith Functional and Calisthenics training! I highly recommend this place!

This is an incredible place to work out. Simple body weight workouts and general fitness, which I found very effective in maintaining fitness.. One of the best part is it is very flexible.. One can do any one of the 5 batches conducted everyday based on their work schedule for that day... The trainers are very helpful in adjusting the workouts based on your level of fitness..

Generation Hench takes you back to the time in your childhood when you had just started inclining towards staying fit and working out in your hometown old school gym but here it has modern twists and techniques which helps you strengthen your core while working on your physique, in Generation Hench it is more about flexibility, agility, movement and body weight workouts which not only keeps you fit but makes you strong from within, you learn about balancing and controlling your own body weight, basically you get to know the strength of your body in ways you wouldn't know otherwise. Environment is quite happy, trainers and staff are friendly as well as supportive, the place has no nonsense & good vibes only. You will look forward to showing up for workout somehow rather than skipping it for usual reasons.

Best place to get the right guidance and teaching for body weight training. The open air gym is great way to get away from the traditional gyms The trainers are always ready to help and lay down the perfect road for you. Diet plans are also provided, so in conclusion it's a very wholesome experience.

Open air, spacious and loads of fresh air. Personally I think that's how all gyms should be! Great batch trainings where you push your limits daily plus the friendly trainers always helping you out with your fitness needs. All of these things makes us excited to come to the gym daily.

I have felt a very positive energy at Generation Hench. I have enrolled for the mixed martial arts training. And it is really good to see so many people working on themeselves...working on their fitness, in order to become their best versions! It has been a week since I am training here. The exercises and the Mitt Work conducted were good and very engaging... Also a humble and respectful thanks to our coach, Chhetri Sir...for training us and helping us to improve our skills.

A very good place to go to gym. And the calisthenics trainers are next level. Worth giving a try if you're new to calisthenics and MMA. And yes mixed martial arts is also taught here. Disciplined place to master yourself.

Pretty good gym, trainers are kind and know their stuff. You can go for this. Only thing can be improved is when there more than 10/12 people in a batch people doing exercises in worng form keep doing the same way unless observed by other participants or the trainer. And please arrange music once in a while. Kuddos to all!
