Good service and new infrastructure Low parking space for two wheelers and four wheelers New canteen near New general op and a kiosk near pharmacy Pharmacy is a bit slow need new methods Many sections like ent pediatrics etc shifted to new place to the new building in top area Token taking has shifted to near general op nee building.

This is a hospital with lot of complaints regarding lack of proper medical equipments, including CT scans, a good equiped operation theatre, even a functioning x-ray machine sometimes. Casuality is not efficient and good doctors are rare. But it is the only resource for the poor patients locally.

Good government hospital. Have many more facilities compared to another hospital

One of the oldest hospital. I was born here. I have heard of great service provided and good experiences of patients at this hospital. There was a need of duplicate birth certificate and I was trying to get this done from Karnataka. The staff was so supportive and helpful in getting my certificate swiftly. The government can help in providing some renovation to this hospital. It is very iconic to the city of muvattupuzha.

Good hospital environment. Doctors, nurses and other staffs are very polite and co-operative.

Casuality service is not good. I hv waited for half hour to take token. After i sow the causality dr. Dr prescribed to see the opd dr. Casuality staffs service very bad.
