All days are crowded especially in Monday and Saturday in all OPs. They charges 5/- for parking inside the hospital.they have very small area of parking inside the hospital. Emergency section is always crowded. They have to provide 2 or more doctors in that section .

I got a great service and experience from this hospital . It is a general hospital run by the government of Kerala by free of cost . It has 24*7 fever OP and casuality is available Other than that there are specialised departments of OP from 9:00 am to 1:00pm like orthopaedic , paediatric, pulmonology etc.

One of the best Government hospitals in Kerala With a Elite fore of Good behaved Doctors and Staffs Usually more crowded in in morning as all the OP departments are operational that time

General Medical Hospital is very famous, doctors cares well and they are well knowledgeable about the casualties. New buildings are coming up to provide latest treatments at low cost. Due to covid 19, many restrictions have been implemented and they doing it in a well managed order. Doctors are experienced too. Ooens 24hrs, canteen facility available, pharmacy also available.

Still waiting for op doctor in ophthalmology, land phone no available in site nobody is picking, am waiting with lots of peoples frm 8am after preliminary checkings

Opinion may vary from person to person. I personally had a great attention and care from here and also found the doctors and staff very good and caring on all occasions whenever I had visited this hospital. This is the only one government general hospital in Alappuzha town and hence is always a busy hospital. Facilities are to be improved which will be hopefully done after the completion of new blocks.

Very well trained good hearted medical staff, yesterday night visited hospital for food allergy issue at late night. Nurse's and night duty staff have responded immediately and given 3 injections. Not even private hospital did nothing. Thanks for the entire General Hospital Alappuzha for the very best and immediate treatment. God's Own Country has Good hearted and service oriented people. Very bad experience, went to skin op today(17. 12.22). Doctor doest even listen what is my problem. Submitted a result allergies test, he says to me he don't know what is the result is. It's a big big shame. ( may be someone think lot of patients are wating but only 3 patients are behind me)
