The guest house is managed by the district administration and has facilities for both boarding and lodging. There are 2 wings of the guest house, a comparatively new building catering to government VIPs and other dignitaries and the older Assam-type building which is open for general booking with preference to government officials on duty. The place has a spacious compound and one can have a panoramic view of Phek Town.

General Administration guest house is a good place to stay if you are visiting phek town, accessible to all the office in walkable distance, it provides a very good parking lot for parking our vehicles,and also has a good compound and well maintained, the rooms are very comfortable to stay in, it provides good stay, you need to buy the food separately or you can bring the vegetables and the caretaker will cook for you.

It's a good place with a great view of the town n mountains. N all the other things are satisfactory
