Excellent location and rooms pretty decent. No lifts to the hotel ans would not recommend taking breakfast as an option. The complementary breakfast is not in the hotel but in the next hotel called Bismi. If you are a vegetarian then please dont pick breakfast option. I took by paying extra but was not able to utilize it. Airport drop they charged 300. Overall comfortably can stay for a night.

Worst experience with the coral room. Ac was not working at all. Unfortunately it was raining and we didnt realize that the ac was not cooling the room. At around 10:30pm i went and spoke to the receptionist about the ac not keeping the room cool. He spoke to the owner and tweaked around with no result. They told us that they would only refund 200rs and asked us to continue as a non ac room. Will not recommend anyone here. Only took it coz we were going to stay for 8 hrs before we caught our flight.

Though the hotel looks small and congested the room was a surprise. It included everything any decent hotel room should. Had running hot water, soap dental kit neat labels in the washroom cozy room though the ac had some ancient mechanism to run. In short, it was comfortable

Very economical with easy approach to airport, minimum transport charges, very humble staff and owner. Personal care. Always ready to provide facilities like extension/ cancellation of booking.Feel like visiting the place every year.

The hotel was close to the airport and the room was pretty neat, which was a surprise to us, as it was a budget option. It had hot water, kettle, AC, iron box etc, which were very welcome. The person at reception was friendly too. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Thanks

The worst hotel near kochi international airport. Rooms are very very small. Room maintenance is also very bad. Room towels are very worst. They don't know any other languages. This is my very bad experience in this hotel.

Booked hotel for 14th June 2023 night. He called me one day ago that there is some issue and he has booked a room next to his hotel in some other hotel of same standard. I said ok. We had flight on 15th June early morning. We reached blue bell hotel as told by him. They showed us the room. It was a very small room and they refused extra bedding which was required as we are a family of 4. It is a standard practice of the hotel industry that if you are compensating for your room you have to provide a better room in another hotel. I had a v bad experience. We were tired with so much luggage at night time with kids. Make my trip refunded my booking amount but not a good experience with Gems 9 hotel. Won't recommendd

Decent room for a day's stay. Well maintained. Adequate space only. Walkable distance from airport - less than 1.25km
