Hi, Mrs. Jagruti, We reached safely at our place. Thank you so much for planning such a wondful trip for us. Everything went as per plan. I would like to say that Mosselbay & GRGL stay was the best of all. The staff,food,room everything was very good. I would definitely like to mention about Mrs. Jagruti our tour manager,Mr. Rajeshbhai,Mr.Manishbhai,Mr. Sundarbhai head chef & our driver cum guide Mr.Deaven. They all went out of there way to make us comfortable and was an excellent guide throughout the trip. Thank you once again, Will miss South Africa. It has been a fantastic experience travelling with Gem Tours. The hospitality and every arrangement made right from food to accommodation to site seeing, Gem had provided everything. I did a South Africa tour recently with them amongst many other previous trips done in other countries and they covered so many aspects with a great tour guide. The entire team of Gem does a great job to make sure your trip is just perfect!
We booked tour of South Africa,29.04 to 13.05 this year. It was nicely organised tour. They choose best available hotels, tour itenery. Specially Manishbhai Bhatt, Rajesh Jain were all time cooperative, polite & tourist friendly. Even Bhavya & Darshan were available on daily basis attending tour members. Over all I would recommand to tour with Gem. Only one suggestion is to include Gujarati / Rajesthani cook. Food sector during tour needs improvement.
