Room not cleaned we stayed more than one week only one time room cleaned because repeated request from our side.after that 2 times called reception and directly informed room service but no use.Rooms don't have proper air ventilation even toilet also don't have exhaust fan.pillows dirty and old.corridor full of luggage same like godown.cigrate smell all over area . Room service staffs are sitting in staircase or doing paid job for customer but not doing their job.
Cant expect worse than this. Visitors might get an UTI even in the best case scenario. cockroaches abound. railway stations are cleaner these days.
No any celiuler network reach in side this hotel. Stay like in side the jungle. Also wifi signal very poor. Not recommend this any one. Very Poor service. Room boys given service only for extra money. They not clean the room every day.
Place is worst, not hygienic at all. Receptionist doesn't reply properly so rude. Not worthy at all.
Cons: Room is full with small cockroaches everywhere even in bathrooms. Above the cot there is water logged wall which is not yet painted. They say solar water heater, I never felt a warm water coming. Drinking water at reception only not at individual floors. TV is looking full blue like screen which is not clear to watch. All u can see in image. I haven't call to the reception regarding this since I came as a business trip and I was not having time to speak. Pros: AC was working good. Rest averagely maintained. Average hotel.
The Hotel was Okay. Room clean, small window so bad air. The staff super unfriendly. They were cheating us over money. We wanted to have a receipt for the laundry because on one day it was cheaper then the next day. I told him I want to first have the receipt and that I feel scamed. He didnt wanted to give us the receipt. The service person at the desked told me to shut up. And just took the money. Don't feel comfortable at all. And I'm really angry how can you say to a guest shut up?! And more unfriendly things? My advise don't go there!
Good place with amenities that more than commensurates the price,However the drawback is the location, which is in a narrow by lane, not the easiest to excess. However no complaints for the hotel itself.
