Its economical and having air conditioned and free wifi. Location is easy to access. But cleanliness needs to be improved

The rooms could have been better cleaned and maintained, however I am forced into giving 4 stars for the Inn manager Hassan for his servitude and communication skills. Also, he ensured the safety of our goods in our absence, as expected.

We are 2 married couples with family and one friend. we had booked 6 bedded dormitory and checking in around 6pm. your dormitory was 9 bedded with 3 people already staying in with different photos from what was posted online. Nowhere was it mentioned that it was a boys only dormitory. Horrible , dirty beds and rooms with daily labourers staying. The pictures in the booking site was totally a lie and not at all what was shown while booking . No bedding was also there, only plywood beds .and to add to that the extreme rude behaviour of the manager, total lack of manners. Totally feeling cheated and stranded.

Never book this hotel, simply avoid. I had a prepaid order through goibibo for a room for the day. I reached the hotel for checkin with my family and the manager told that the room is not available. I was stranded in the middle of the road with my kid. There is no reception area even for the guest to sit and the guy was talking rude to me as if I made some mistake. He even told that the parking area is not available for people who book day room. No idea how the institution is functioning in the middle of city without these essential facilities. Horrible experience, avoid this at any cost. Reply to below: The manager didn't do any single thing. I had to be in call with goibibo customer care for 2 hours and finally they processed the refund. They even told that the delay was due to no response from the property.

very convenient. Located near main road side and in a prime location. Manager is gentle.Stayed in a 6 bed non ac dormitory. It had 2 attached bath. Room temperature was cool. only problem i noted is the top bed has no safety barrier to prevent person from falling while sleep. It can be really dangerous and fatal. Otherwise it was a very pleasant and nice stay.

Located near Ernakulam junction Railway.only 2km from railway station 500m from Metro station. I stayed in dormitory room.Very less expensive price.Good for solo travelers.Rooms are ok,Bathrooms are clean.Only one ceiling fan is there and two wall fans. Good for solo travelers. But the only thing I noticed, a North Indian staff sitting inside the dormitory room on evening and his foot on window and playing mobile.The picture is attached to this review.

I booked one Room for two adults & one room for three adults where as the hotel shown and single cott for twin member and double cott for three member. And the rooms are not in good condition. No responsible person to respond. I tried to reach goibibo for support where the response time they taken to attend the query is half an hour and they conveyed the hotel person not liftng their calls to sort the issue and they have sent mail communication, on reply goibibo will update me. meanwhile on frusturation I booked another hotel and checked inn

Good location but with poorly maintained. Otherwise a perfect place for short stay. Caretakers are irresponsible to attend the well being of the building. Rent is little high.
