The location is good. Rooms are neat but when we have asked for an extra bed they were not able to provide that. The rooms are so small,very less space inside the room very difficult to move around and there were no chair's.

Terrible hotel, do not recommend for anyone. There is a disgusting horrible sewage smell coming from both bathrooms in the room I stayed in with my family. Staff where rude about it and blamed us although the smell was already there when we arrived. Not clean as we saw cockroach's run in our room and there was hair in the shower drain which we didn't use . When we told the owner of the hotel who sat at the front desk, she said she has never had a complaint about a bad smell from the bathroom, however after reading the other google reviews which also state that there's a nasty smell from the bathroom which extends into the bedroom if tue door is left open, it's clear to say she is lying. Overall wouldn't recommend this place due to rude staff, bad customer service, unhygienic, over priced.........

Great interiors and beautiful coloring of walls. Had a pleasant and relaxing stay. Definitely one should visit the hotel..

The hotel has good visibility. There is a small car parking facility. No food is served but they will purchase and serve from outside. The room sizes are small. Looks like they are renovated and the old type door is provided. The bathroom was badly smelling and we could not even enter inside. We informed the staff and they tried to clean it but failed. We expected they allot a new room which did not happen, so we were compelled to stay in the same room. It was horrible experience for us. The hotel is nearby temple and is easy to reach by walk. I feel they have to improve the service quality

From the time we came in the hotel the service was very very bad. The front end people actually do not know how to treat the guests. A lady over there was very rude. Simply want money. The payment was made during check in. So already they have got the full payment. We had stayed for 2 days with family. No service at all. During morning there was no water. There was 2 hours delay. Next day also ee faced the water issue. Also the washroom was stinking from day 1. No body came at least once for the cleaning the room. When we complain about it the front desk people simply laughing. Insulting the customers. They don't have any answer. Very very very bad service.The main thing to note here is after taking all the payment from us the staffs are behaving very rudely.

An ideal place to stay at guruvayur..very close to North nada...courteous and helpful staff, Safe parking, and many eating joints close by. This property has no in-house dining. Our new dresses left behind by mistake was found and send back to us in Bangalore ( not very common)... the staff at the reception co-ordinated the process( Mr Ashiq). The rooms and linen are clean . Highly recommended.

Descent rooms, easily accessible to guruvayoor temple to west nada (walkable distance). Nearby restaurants available veg & non veg. Parking availability for 6-8 vehicles

The hotel is nearby temple, The parking lot is small. suite room was small not as expected. The toilet in the room allotted was leaving bad smell. The staff were cooperative but could not rectify the problem or to take decisions to given an alternate room. No food is provided. The rate is high compared to other best hotels nearby temple. Visibility is good and is located on the road side.
