Worst experience, I went there for hair colour. I had a picture of how I want my hair to look, which had bright vibrant colours. But, after spending almost 4.5 hours I could hardly see any colour on my hair. There was dye spilled on my clothes too. Hair "expert" said come again we will make it better. They have no respect for your time. Very unprofessional. I am not going there again and will not recommend.

I had an amazing experience with my hair styling( kera smoothing & hair coloring) at Geetanjali, lowther road. The styling crew Dilshaad, Shanu and Zeeshan are fabulous at their job. They hear the need of their customer and also don't hesitate to give their professional expertise which worked well for me and result was was beyond expectations. Now if im so happy with the services why give only 2 stars, thats because of the admin services. The front desk lady Manisha, is super unhelpful and unprofessional. I made it very clear that i will be making the payments via credit/debit card as i am visiting from US and don't have the option of Paytm, she assured me that wouldn't be a problem. After all services done, i had to pay a bill of around 30+k and ofcourse wasn't carrying as much cash, this lady says the card isn't working and its not their fault that they have only one card reader with no back up and and they guarantee card acceptance. I was put at spot with their machine not working and not having the option of paytm and not carrying enough cash. After all the amazing experience this lady made it miserable for me in 15 minutes with no courtesy to say sorry. I know its a long message but i wanted to make future customers aware of the admin services at this location.

Good service. Visited three times and now posting the review. Staff is very good and their work is also good . I prefer Renu pal's services because she does everything perfectly.

Experience was really nice! Aanchal and Shanu were good. Although, I get disappointed with the prices at Geetanjali salons across India, but their services are nice.
