I am so upset today because of the service. They allocate work to wrong staff. Staff who absolutely has no idea about the specific service. I had my plans with my family but due to their poor service I neither got my gel nail paint done properly nor I can go with my family now because the time is over. I also got menicure done but because of this gel nail pain blunder they did the I have lost my shining of the nails. They are so unprofessional and also they misguide customers thinking we are dumb and we don't know anything.

We did the party make up at geetanjali salon, Varanasi. It was the best experience. The staff was so helpfull and humble which makes us feel comfortable to get out makeup and style done. I've had wonderful experience with Geetanjali. When I extremely skeptic about the kind of services I would get in Varanasi. But Varsha and her team was super impressive. She not only entertained my request to come down to the hotel on a short notice for hair and makeup but she made sure that I was looked beautiful. She handled the hair and makeup for me and my some of my relatives and I've only heard good things about it. This review was long overdue. Thanks a lot Varsha!
