I have been regular at the Geetanjali Srinagar salon and every time I feel the service is absolutely top class. From the staff, to the hygiene, to the quality of treatment, its all absolutely amazing and worth it. I love visiting this place and would always recommend my friends and family for any beauty treatment. Love you guys.

This was my first time at any of the Geetnjali locations and I stopped by after a friend highly recommended this place. I had the Lumiere Marine Brightening Facial with Kajal. I'd highly recommend her, she was amazing, super friendly, and she honestly has magic in her hands. One of the best massage hands down and the products she used were amazing. I have really sensitive skin, so she was mindful of that and recommended this facial. I can't wait to be back and try another service.

I recently visited Geetanjali Salon in Srinagar for a haircut and beard trim, and I have to say, it was a disappointing experience. Not only was my haircut and beard trim poorly done, but my 6-year-old son was actually injured with the trimmer! It was a disaster from start to finish. The barber who attended to me was not professional at all and made a complete mess of my hair and beard, despite charging an extortionate price. From the start, I could tell that the barber was not skilled or attentive. He didn't take the time to understand my preferences or ask for any specific instructions. He seemed rushed and careless, which reflected in the end result. My haircut was uneven, with noticeable choppy sections that looked amateurish. The beard trim was even worse - it was lopsided and inconsistent, with stray hairs left untouched. To add insult to injury, the price I paid for this subpar service was incredibly high. I expected a certain level of quality for the amount I paid, but it was nowhere close to being worth it. I felt like I wasted my money and left the salon feeling dissatisfied and frustrated. The overall experience at Geetanjali Salon was far from professional. The barber lacked the skills and attention to detail needed for a proper haircut and beard trim. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a quality grooming service. Save yourself the disappointment and find a more competent and reasonably priced salon elsewhere.
