Poor service. Staff make as if they don't hear what you are saying and ignore you when you are talking to them. Rooms, many of our group members had issues with their room. No hot water or issue with light or insects in the room.

We have paid full amount through OYO rooms before 24 hrs for our stay. We were refused accommodation saying that no room is vacant & OYO rooms are not paying us . Please beware before booking through any site , you may put up in trouble & have to pay more for other hotels with poor fascility. It is difficult to find good hotel after sun set in hilly area
I stopped by at this place to have lunch and ordered some food , they served as dal which was foiled and even the chef didn't smell the bad odor coming from dal , but we noticed and didn't eat and complained about it , they didn't charge us for the dal and we ate something else , it's overpriced as far as the food quality is concerned.
Hotel staffs are very welcoming. Well mannered. Served food with caring attitude. I will take one start because the room beds are too short. Great experience
Very bad experience face during stay. when I arrived at the hotel with my family members they are show hotel worst room and saying whatever it is this is the room you will get. when I booked the room before 1 month it is sowing big rooms with balcony but when I reached the hotel the are saying we have no rooms available for online customers. very bad experiance
Hotel are located in very good location. Room condition is very good staff are very cooperative. Overall experience is very awesome. Thanks making my trip memorable.
