We stayed during 22-24th of November at the hotel during a destination wedding. Most of the experience is worth praising. Property is decent, Facilities are appropriate, Food us adequate, Staff is simple and responsive, Cleanliness is excellent, Everything is smooth. Hotel has around 45 rooms and is , in my view, ideal place and is most suitable for a destination marriage of close families gathering. Thanks Dinesh Gandhi

We stayed here for an event and it was a horrible experience. The AC wasn't working and had to call multiple times, the water wasn't cold, and the room had terrible smell. The service at the event was almost like a very low quality hotel. I am surprised to see such good reviews as it seems the hotel guys did it themselves. Most other people who stayed during the event had similar issues. Be careful before you use this hotel either for staying or an event

Everything was meet my expectations. Room are well cleaned and ambitious. Food was really amazing also room service was always be on time. Front desk staff they are very polite, very helpful and friendly. Location is quite good too.

Specious rooms biggest banquet hall,nice ambiance surrounded by lush green trees and farm land.and most important is location it's on the Delhi Chandigarh Highway. Must visit..

Useless place, worst service. We visited with family for my mother's birthday. Tasteless food, empty restaurant, waiting time in between two chapati is more than 15 minutes. Too expensive when compared to quality and quantity. We asked to serve the food, but after that the service boy got misplaced. No washroom on the restaurant floor.

New manager in evening shift is very unprofessional. They charge 4500 per night for a room and no tv channels except the free ones. Won't visit this place ever again. Rooms service is very slow and take hours to respond to respond.

By far the best hotel in panipat. It's 20 minutes away from panipat still the service and warmth is worth the everyday commute for a business traveller. I have been traveling for business for over twenty years and this property has exceeded my expectations with respect to the service and attention to details given by the staff in a tier two city. The service matches that of a tier 1 , 5 star property. I had booked along with dinner as there are no good places nearby the hotel for food. The hotel food is excellent and carefully curated. Already I miss the food. I would also like to thank Mr Devindar's team for making my stay very enjoyable. Thankyou Mr Manish, Chef Tiwari, Mr Sachin and Ms Riya. You will see more of me henceforth. If you're a business traveller reading this review or a prospective customer for hosting a party in this Hotel, don't have any second thought, take the plunge and you won't regret. Chef Tiwari's food will not disappoint you. Keep up the great work.

I visited (5.8.23) with my family for dinner after celebrating birthday of boy. After sitting we welcomed by roasted papad which i have never had anywhere in India, its totally damp papad. I feel very embarrassed. Thereafter i had platter and fish is seemed totally boiled put it in gravy, i just threw that. After that i had chiken which is slightly better than the fish. Thereafter chilly potato which is also average. In the maincourse we had kadahi paneer and chicken biryani those are masa allah, overall its time and money wasting party. Worst part is that there is no washroom in first floor and restaurant area. We have senior citizens and kids with us. They feel so awkward. I mean what kind of designer or planner this hotel has who is totally mindless and brainless, the cook i dont think u have chef, but if u have chefs ask them to visit delhis tilak nagar or rajauri garden to taste the foodor for traning. Whosover is ur owner, i must say they opened this hotel for wasting time and money for others, they r totally mindless people who is not bothered about the taste and basic civic sense. I think this is enough for u people.
