Highly commercial hospital, even if the patient has insurance and they will perform some other package test and ask you to pay. The medical shop and lab and care takers are their main commerical incomes. The medical shop person is the worst, he won't take a return of tablet even if it's bought while patient is admitted in the hospital.They will forget to add all the bills to discharge claim in insurance and ask you to pay since they forgot to claim in insurance. They don't even care the patient and until patient pays full bills they don't even offer you a wheel chair to patient.literally as a patient I stood for 3 hours to settle the bill even after I'm having the insurance.Only doctors and nurses are good.

I have been diagnosed with PCOS. the doctor Mrs Madhavi has helped me cure from my sickness. I sincerely thank the doctor and the nurse for helping me.
Good diagnosis and treatment for diabetes related problems, since Dr Ravi Kishore, Diabetologist and Head of hospital treats the patients. Drawback is that everyone wants to see him only. No second line of doctors. Also very improper queue maintenance for allowing patients on FCFS ( First Come First Served ) basis. Patients are sent in based on the attendants clout. Also the persons at counter do not give a precise time from when Dr Ravi Kishore will see patients. Morning, they say 11 and he starts seeing from 12.30 p.m. Evening they say 5 p.m. and he sees from 6.30 p.m.
it's a good hospital with good doctors and good services, I recommend this hospital and my family always go to this hospital if we have any health problems.
Doctor is best. But medicines are third grade inferior quality brands. Only available at their inside medical shop. Why don't u recommend medicines of big brands like Reddy's , Pfizer, sun pharma , Glenn etc . Just for more commission profits, plz don't do this. Instead charge more for OP fee nd tests we r ready to pay. Plz change ur way of making profits. Ur standard no1 doctor, just match it with no 1 prescription brands only
