It honestly felt like home. Comfy rooms, heater was appreciated during January cold nights, sparkling clean and good, hot showers. But the highlight is getting to know Gucci, the owner, and his family. Such wonderful people, who also run an excellent cafe just up the road. Both home stay and cafe recommended!

Very nice room, location and staff. We liked the decoration of the room, it was clean with AC and fan. Nice bathroom too. Best quality/price we had so far. Also the staff told us what to see and gave ud a map. Very helpful all the time. Nice location in the quiet quarter if Jodhpur, you can go to the fort and clock tower walking.

Lovely tipical rooms pretty spacious and with all of the facilities: toothbrush, shampoo and conditioner,soap,shaving blades, hairdryer.. amazing windows wooden made overlooking the city from more than one side. Top food restaurants on the rooftop,good view of the fort even if not the best in the city. Tasty and very cheap Indian dishes,veg only. Plenty of choice.

I stayed here for only two night on 2017, sometimes I remember this city when planing next trip in India. Awesome and helpful owner. He speak beautiful English. Great location and old historical building... Must go "Shahi Samosa", My best Samosa in my life. I miss that taste. You really should eat it.

This home stay caters mostly to western travellers by trying to give them a local look and feel. As an Indian, I found the place highly overrated and overpriced. It is located very close to clock tower, in the market area of old Jodhpur city. The area is very crowded, noisy, and dirty. The road leading to home stay is too narrow for even two-wheelers. The only good thing is the proximity to Mehrangarh fort. The rooms are very small with no ventilation. Toilet stinks. The bed is good but the AC is noisy. Breakfast is not complimentary and has very limited options catering only to western travellers. The available drinking water is not filtered and complimentary water bottle is not provided. All this doesn't seem worth 1600 Rs. for a night.

As a backpacker, I was spellbound after staying at Geeta Mahal. The facilities and equipment in the hotel are top class and the bathrooms are super clean. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are very well maintained and the location of the hotel is absolutely perfect (especially if you're a backpacker). The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My room was directly facing Mehrangarh Fort, so that was yet another pleasant surprise that I hadn't expected. The icing on the cake was the beautiful rooftop (with a nice guitar) where one can enjoy the nice breeze and Jodhpuri ambience and get a clear view of the entire Jodhpur city. I was delighted to stay at Geeta Mahal and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good hotel at affordable prices!

Very helpful staff with good english. Clean heritage room. Owner organised train tickets and advised on travel at no extra cost. Good location, walking to fort and clock tower square . Lanes in this area are generally too narrow for cars but driver will get staff to carry cases the short distance to the hotel. Will look no further if we visit Jodhpur again.
