This is the 2nd time booked bus from them the staff behavior must be looked into 1st ride was so good but on my 2nd ride with them was not so happy, the driver & his cleaner thinks they are the boss's& can say what ever they want to the passengers they use only flyover during the trip to reduce the drop timing between the drop location & arguing that this the drop location if interested get down if not come till the last stop. One of the passenger has slept they reached destination 45 min before the actual time display in boarding, so a new person who travels get confused then they say you have slept I can't do anything.

Worst travels on earth if possible world have given 0 stars. Their vehicle broke down in the middle of the night but still they are asking girls to stand and wait in the middle of the road in the rain. I have never seen a worser service on ever.

We book Pollachi to Neyveli Sleeper bus there are bed bugs in seats It hurts us. Please clean the seats and bedsheets otherwise everything is good.

Rest room facilities to be improved.Enough chairs to be provided for waiting passengers.

Very bad response from the staff members. I am travelling monthly twice in Arthi travels bus for the past 5 years. In these years, they didn't even maintained punctuality in the bus start timing from pollachi.. The average waiting time will be minimum 45 minutes to maximum 2 hours.

Good Coffe and Roast....

Very very bad. Most of the time their contact number is switched off. And also Gee Kay travels communication is very worst performance.
