Services good , staff good , equipment good , some headphones got no mic , some mice disconnect , everything else amazing . I'll say , take your own mice and headphones to this place and it's heaven , nice A/C with food courts nearby , it's a perfect place for a day of ranked grind. Full day package is so good , 10 hrs for Rs400 , ie 40 per hour , spending a day here is pretty good.

The owner hitul sorted all the things out the customer support team is great. Its worth to visit if hitul or technical team is present. Thing to note down before you visit 1) Games like valorant, csgo, cod mw 4 require logins, so you should be ready with all your credentials to login n play 2) Carry Your Own Water Bottle. 3) If You Feel Any Problem Just Call Or Msg the iwner hitul he will take care of it.

The place has a small collection of games. I go here with my friends to play CSGO and COD MW 4. The prices are reasonable it's around Rs. 100 for 2 hours. The servers aren't laggy. The quality of accessories like Headphones and Keyboards is quite good. They have mechanical keyboards and over the ears headphones.
Have a lot of memories at GearUP from the time it was in the plaza next door. Mr. Gandhi is easy to contact for any queries/ bookings and technical problems. The PCs are well maintained, you may run out of some mouse room if you are a low sensi gamer. The rates are reasonable, we went for the 5 hour (no logout) plan and took up 10 PCs to play Valorant custom games.
